Ms. Cowles provide assistance in all areas of family

Messrs. Lindsley and
Ackerman handle the firm's business law clients. We have faithfully assisted many
clients in establishing and protecting businesses throughout California.
Our attorneys are experienced in establishing nonprofit
corporations, small corporations, partnerships, LLCs and a variety of
other business variations. Our business clients have included
wireless phone companies, mining interests, engineering firms,
construction firms, FCC-regulated businesses, restaurants, accounting
firms, art shops, and other businesses. Aside from litigation
services, we are able to offer assistance with preventative strategies
to protect against litigation, development of company/employee policies,
labor commission proceedings, and
consulting in a variety of critical areas of business management.
Personal Injury Defense & Prosecution
Michael Sands, Steve Lindsley and Rich Ackerman provide
preventative consulting, defense strategies and litigation services for
companies and individuals facing potential or alleged personal injury
claims. We have defended a number of large companies, small
businesses, and individuals. Such cases have included claims of
defamation, workplace injuries, dog bites, auto injury, nuisance, and
other types of claims. The firm also handles plaintiff's cases on
a less frequent basis. Retention of such cases depends upon the
severity of the plaintiff's injuries, amount of economic damages, and/or the public interests sought
to be promoted through strategic plaintiff-oriented litigation. We
do not handle, as a general matter, soft tissue injury cases.
