All of our clients are strongly urged to preserve their marriages and to reconcile.  We do not assist people who are seeking divorce because of purely financial reasons, because they 'can't get along,' or for any reason that will result in harm to children.  Divorce needs to come to an end in the State of California.  This said, we understand that there are situations where a spouse cannot control the other's decision to abandon the marriage or to engage in adultery.  In these instances, we will defend the innocent spouse to the fullest extent permitted by law.
