Typical Rates as of January 1, 2007:

Hourly Rate for Partners    :        $325.00 per hour for litigation and other services.

Incorporation                       :        $1500.00 Flat Fee

LLC Formation                      :        $2500.00 Flat Fee

Small Estate Plan                 :        $1500.00 Flat Fee

Large Estates                       :        $325.00 Per Hour.

Family Law Matters             :        $325.00 per hour of attorney time.

                                                         $95.00 per hour of paralegal time.

Probate Litigation                :        $325.00 per hour of litigation.

Mediation Services               :        $350.00 per hour (1/2 Day Minimum).

Constitutional Matters         :        Reasonable/FMV Rate is $500.00 per hour.

Consulting (Ethics)               :       $425.00 per hour.

We offer reduced rates based on income and other factors.  Please come into our office for an initial consultation and we can better advise you on any discounts, pro bono services, and other accommodations for meeting your legal needs.  There is generally a $200.00 consultation fee on most cases.  Our rates allow us to provide you with our undivided and personal attention, and your patronage allows us to continue in our pursuit of defending the family, protecting the First Amendment, and promotion of conservative values through our pro bono commitments.  Thank you for coming to our firm for your legal needs.
